- Inventory Security: Maintain high vigilance. You will utilize locking peg hooks, security cases, and display glass to protect high-theft cosmetic and grooming items, assisting customers promptly when they require an item to be unlocked.
- Product Guidance: Provide polite, helpful assistance to customers searching for specific personal care brands, utilizing your handheld digital scanner to locate inventory in the backroom if the shelf is empty.
- Aisle Maintenance (Zoning): Constantly refine the visual appeal of the department. Small items easily become disorganized; you will spend significant time "zoning" the aisles to restore absolute visual perfection throughout your shift.
